Lucca
Lucca was what most people think of as a War dog. She was an explosive ordnance detection dog. Lucca went on 400 missions and during her time not a single troop was injured due to an explosive. Lucca served during the Iraq war and eventually lost her leg to injury of an explosive that went off right by her. Lucca served for six years in the United States Marine Corps. Lucca will be remembered as one of the most successful dogs of war to have ever served in the war on terror.
