It ended because people died of the Bubonic Plague and there where no people doing there jobs. Then the serfs that did everything in the feudal system left to work and get paid. They didnt get paid in the system because they were like the property.

Feudalism started because everyone was killing each other and no one was protected. Then people got together and decided that we need to become a group and protect each other. That is how feudalism got started. The Picture is a castle which is a symbol of fuedal society.
