If said places were filled to maximum capacity, they would stay in places less than fit to live such as outhouses, barns, and uninhabited houses.

    The American Civil War started when the Confederate soldiers opened fire in Charleston, South Carolina. The very next day, the Union had surrendered. Two days layer, Abraham Lincoln called for 75,000 volunteer soldiers to help out the Union. Finally four years later, the confederate was defeated on April 12 of 1861.
