The Industrial Revolution started
Inventors created machines that could do things faster. Some people got fired from their jobs because of the Industrial Revolution. Since the Industrial Revolution started there weren't many jobs in Britain.This created more pollution and less room for houses. There was also less room for new jails because the other ones were too crowded. Since there wasn't enough room for houses people had to share a room in other peoples houses.(I couldn't find the date when the Industrial Revolution started). -
Finding new land to send convicts and making a new colony.
When it was the 7 of February 1788 Governor Phillip decided to make a new colony in Australia. He needed a new place to send the convicts. He needed a new place to send the convicts because the jails were to crowded. They decided to go to Australia because they wanted to be near Asia. They wanted to be near Asia so they can trade with Asia. The first colony in Australia is called Port Jackson. -
Benelong
When it was November 1789 Governor Phillip decided to capture a aboriginal person. He told two of his people to go and get an aboriginal person. This aboriginal person that they captured is called Benelong. Governor Phillip and Benelong became friends. -
The Third colony
When it was 1803 Governor Phillip made a new colony in Tasmania. He colonised this colony somewhere in Tasmania. (I couldn't find the date and I could not find a picture). -
Fourth Colony
The fourth colony that Governor Phillip colonised is called Brisbane. (Can not find date when Brisbane was colonised and I could not find a picture). -
Fifth Colony
The fifth colony that Governor Phillip colonised is called Albany. The year that Albany was colonised on is the year 1827. (Can't find date and I could not find a picture to use). -
Second last Colony
This is the last colony that Governor Phillip colonised.The second last colony that Governor Phillip colonised is colony is called Fremantle. Fremantle was colonised in the year 1829. (Not real date but real year and I could not find a picture). -
A New Colony
In 1831 Governor Phillip decided to colonise a new land. This new colony is called Norfolk. (I could not find the date when Governor Philip colonised Norfolk . I could not find a picture of Norfolk to use). -
Benelong's Death
Benelong died on the 3 of January 1831. ( I could not find out how he died and i couldn't find a picture to use). -
Last Colony
This is the last colony Governor Phillip colonised. This colony is called Port Phillip. The year that Port Phillip was colonised on is the year 1835. (Can't find date Port Phillip was colonised on I could not find a picture to use). -
The death of Governor Phillip
When it was the 31 of August 1841 Governor Phillip died. ( I could not find how he died and a picture to use).
