  • Health in Your 20's

    Exercise regularly and maintain healthy weight. Get enough sleep, and protect your eyes and skin from the sun by applying sunscreen and avoiding the sun. Have a medical checkup every two years. Take care of mental and emotional health
  • Health in Your 30's

    Exercise regularly, and eat a healthy diet. Take efforts to reduce sodium in your diet. Reduce stress and monitor BMI. Avoid the sun. Follow safety rules and avoid overuse injuries. Take care of your back and work to create muscle. A skin cancer screening, eye and hearing examination, and immunizations are highly recommended.
  • Health in Your 40's

    Look into your family health history. Monitor stress and mental health, and watch for blood pressure and cholesterol measures. Be aware of skin problems or change in vision or hearing. Have disease and cancer screenings, and visit your doctor for a physical exam every 2-3 years.
  • Health in Your 50's

    Stay active both physically and mentally, and eat healthily. Reduce stress and get enough sleep. Watch for high blood pressure, high cholesterol levels, and heart disease symptoms. Continue to have screening tests for diseases/cancers, and visit your doctor for a physical exam every 2-3 years.
  • Health in Your 60's

    Know the warning signs for heart attack and stroke, and visit your doctor regularly, Protect your heart by exercising, maintaining a health weight, and eating healthy food. Contact your health provider if you have any changes in cognitive function or mental health, and continue to have screenings and tests.
