    Healthy Eating:
My focus here is to just maintain a healthy diet, with limited Fast Food, and to watch my portion sizes so I don't overeat and that I don't gain excess weight.
    Physical Activity:
I'd like to focus on keeping a schedule for exercise, like running and biking maybe 5 or 6 days a week. This would help me stay in shape and keep track of what I'm doing.
    Health Care:
By the mid-20s I'd like to have a doctor I can see, regular checkups, and keeping track of basic health to stay well!

    Eating:
My focus is still to maintain healthy body weight due to declining metabolism, as well as a health diet with lots of whole grains and vegetables to get the right vitamins.
    Physical Activity:
I would focus on maintaining regular exercise, at least 30-60 minutes a day as recommended. I could run and bike, and also do basic weights to maintain body strength and metabolism.
    Health Care:
Get regular dental, hearing, eye, and cancer exams. Seeing the doctor regularly would benefit my health.
