    While in my twenties, I will be at the peak of physical game! It is important to keep my health in top condition, as what I do in these years will affect the rest of my life. I will need to keep a healthy diet of friuts, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins or low fat; no fat dairy products, avoiding the over consumption of processed and fatty foods. I will exercise regularly, keeping a healthy weight, sleeping a steady 8-10 hours everyday, and avoiding all illegal and harmful substances.

    While not as young or free as I was in my twenties, my thirties can still be active years of good/prime health. Working on maintaining my weight to prevent possible diseases will be a focus point, as metabolism slows down around this age. This can be acheived through daily exercise; 30-60 minutes a day, a healthy diet of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins and low/no fat dairy products. I will avoid all illegal and harmful substances, and get atleast 8-10 hours of sleep a day.

    40-49
    Transitioning into my middle ages, maintaining my health and preventing chronic illness will be my top concern. Health habits I practice now will affect me later down the line. Of course, a healthy diet of vegetables, fruits, whole grains, lean proteins and low/no fat dairy products, 8-10 hours of sleep a night, and being tobacco, drug and alcohol free are all important actions to take. cholesterol become new factors to watch out for.

    As I move furture into my middle ages, maintaining both my physical and mental health is increasingly important. Maintaining a healthy diet, avoiding harmful substances, getting enough sleep, exercising regularly, and maintaining a healthy weight continue to be important. Staying mentally active can improve overall health, so staying in touch with family and friends, pursuing hobbies, and reducing stress are all healthy mental habits.

    As I enter the final stages of my middle ages, it is ever more important to maintain my health, and learn about all the symptoms to watch out for and actions to take to prevent illness. Along with the things others of all ages would do stay healthy, protecting my heart becomes a new top concern of mine, as I am more suseptable than ever to heart conditions at this age. This means a strong enfasise on a healthy diet, exercising daily, and getting a good amount of sleep every night.
