    Healthy Eating: Establish a healthy diet to reduce chances of chronic health problems and to receive proper nutrition.
    Physical Activity: Exercise regularly with varied exercise programs to build bone mass, which will peak in my 20's, and to stay at a healthy weight and BMI.
    Preventive Health Care: Keep a record of family and personal health history to address any future issues, practice good hygiene, and protect my skin and eyes.

    30's
    Healthy Eating: Continue to eat a healthy diet and reduce the amount of sodium in my diet, and be aware of decreasing metabolism to stop weight gain.
    Physical Activity: Excercise regularly, continuing bone-strengthening exercises and maintaining a healthy weight.
    Preventive Health Care: Maintain a healthy weight, got to activities that reduce stress, monitor blood pressure/cholesterol levels, and go to screening procedures to monitor physical and mental health​.

    Healthy Eating: Continue eating a healthy diet, monitoring weight gain and metabolism
    Physical Activity: Continue to exercise regularly and do more weight bearing activities to prevent future health issues
    Preventive Health Care: Follow professional recommendations for monitoring heart rate, blood pressure, etc. Go to mental health screening and try to manage stress to prevent health issues​. Get enough sleep to prevent further stress.​

    50's
    Healthy Eating: Continue to eat healthily, avoiding foods with lots of sodium and unhealthy fats. Take nutritional supplements to m​eet my nutritional needs.
    Physical Activity: Get at least 30-60 minutes of exercise to reduce the risk of getting osteoporosis, focussing on bone-strengthening exercise.
    Preventive Health Care: Mentally challenge myself to stay mentally healthy, maintain a healthy weight, get enough sleep, and follow my health care provider's advice.​

    60's
    Healthy Eating: Maintain a healthy diet, limiting foods high in fat or sugar. Continue to monitor health issues and eat accordingly.
    Physical Activity: Get at least 30 minutes of exercise most days of the week and talk to your health care provider about what exercise routines are appropriate​.
    Preventive Health Care: Maintain a healthy weight, drink alcohol moderately, get enough sleep, and see your healthcare provider regularly.
