If the Byzantine empire selected a different leader then it may have fallen sooner. Overall Alexius was a good leader who was considered kind to his people and was liked the upper class as well.

Genghis Khan made a bold move in attacking the Naimans who seemed to be at the height of their power. However it was the right decision because he gained valuable land and money. This is just one way the Genghis Khan helds the Mongol empire. He was gaining a reputation as a powerful military leader.

Liverpool is a well maintained place that is located in England. Liverpool is a very interesting place and its national sport is soccer. Liverpools soccer team brings in plenty of money from selling many tickets and promoting their superstar player whos name is Luiez Suarez.

Another conquest that Genghis Khan made and was sucessful. This conquest truly showed how ruthless Genghis khan was. This story of the Mongols cruel slauthering permentally gave Genghis Khan the reputation of a leader with no mercy. This conquest however was just the beginning.

On another conquest Genghis Khan furthered his reputation by winning another battle. The Tanguts seemed like an unlikely target for Genghis Khan. The Tanguts had no other encounter with the Mongols before that. Even so this battle was another win under a great militatry leaders belt.

This was an important test for Genghis Khan. The Great Wall was very strongly protected. Taking over the whole north region was a huge sucess for the Mongol empire. Even though it wasnt a complete sucess Genghis Khan was extremely proud of how well the Mongol empire did in the battle.

This building was very important on a religious bases. Many people went to church at this time and this building gave people a safe place to practice their relgion. This building would unite people for a very long time which is unusual for a building made in the 1200's.

Roger Bacon was an important person in the scientific world. He was considered a brillant mind in his time. His theories would be a bases for many scientist to come after him. Bacons discoveries helped us better understand the scientific world as we know today.

Mongol empire set out of Mongolia to Otrar (storm).

This trip would lead to the Mongols to gain valuable. This was a great time for Genghis Khan because he got to conquer many people. The money and resources gained by the Mongols on this trip would last them for many years and supplie the Mongols with great wealth.

Mongols captured Termez (storm).

Termez was the perfect target for Genghis Khan. Termez was fairly wealthy and had a weak military. When the Mongols atacked they walked all over them. Genghis Khan also killed many of the Termez people after as a punishment for fighting back against them.

Mongols crossed the oxus to destroy the ancient city of Balkh (Encyclopedia).

Balkh was a old city that was far away from the Mongols. Genghis Khan believed that the resources there were to valuable to leave alone. He set out on a sucessful mission which helped the confidence of the Mongol people.

Genghis Khans legacy was now made. He had conquered many empires and led the Mongols to their height of power. However Genghis Khan was growing old and needed to slow down. His soldiers had nothing but respect to him. Genghis Khan led by his actions which the Mongols respected.

The legacy of the greatest Mongol leader had finally ended. Genghis Khan had raised the empire to its height of power. He was military based and lived a hard life that will put his name in history forever. Genghis Khan created brilant military stategies for his time.
