    Agreement between the United States, Mexico, and Canada. It was signed by Bill Clinton and he hoped it would encourage other nations toward a pact that wold solve the border arguments. The NAFTA got rid of all tariffs and trade restrictions between the three nations.     The trial lasted over eleven months to decide whether OJ Simpson was guilty or not guilty in the murder of his ex wife and her friend. This was one of the biggest trials in history and was being broadcasted everywhere. One of the most memorable moments in the trial is when Simpson tried putting on a leather glove that was found at the scene. They were all part of a religious cult called Heavens Gate. They believed if they committed suicide, it would allow them to leave their body and enter an alien spacecraft hidden behind the Hale-Bopp comet.     This took place during the Kosovo War in the early part of 1999. The bombings were continued until an agreement was reached on peace in Yugoslav. NATO launched the attack in an attempt to force President Milosevic to end his military campaign against Kosovo Liberation Army.     This massacre was a school shooting and an attempted bombing in Colorado at Columbine High School. The two people responsible for this were two seniors of the school. During this time, it was one of the most deadliest shootings killing 13 people. After the shooting, an introduction to the Immediate Action Rapid Deployment was used which is known as active shooter situations.
