One of the areas mentioned in this act is the Rangeland Research Programs. While this bill simply extends the date from 2018 to 2023, I have personally witnessed the results. A number of amendments made in the farm bill are adjusting prices or dates. The Seniors Farmers Market Program simply changes “2018” to “2023”. The bill cited is from 2002. At some point between 2002 and 2018, the heading was changed from Commodity Supplemental Food Program to Seniors Farmers Market Program.
