    As a toddler, I started watching various shows on our television for entertainment and new knowledge. This is the stage when I started watching cartoons.

    My parents and siblings started to read storybooks to me and my twin sister. These became my primary source of knowledge as a kid.
  • 2008-2009 (Textbooks)

    I started learning how to read through textbooks. My parents thought me how to read and learn the alphabet through the use of these textbooks.
  • 2010 (Magazine, Brochure, and Letters)

    -I started to read and browse magazines of various kinds. -I was fascinated by the figures that can be found in those magazines.
    -I also started to create and use letters as a way of communication. I tend to give letters to my parents whenever it's their birthday.

    -This is the year when I got to use keypad phones. I used it for entertainment and see my other family use it as a way of communication.
    -I also started listening to music and news on the radio. I am 6 years old at this time.

    -As I went to school, I have been exposed to these kinds of media. I use newspapers to look for information and the telephone to communicate with other people.
    -I am 8 years old when my sibling and I had our first tablet. We utilized it for entertainment and for learning purposes.

    -I started using a computer this year. I was guided by my older siblings in using this media. We would watch videos and browse pictures with the use of a computer.
    -In this year, I have been introduced to Google and Youtube. I use this as I do my homework and to expand my knowledge about things.

    -I discovered the use of smartphones this year and I became familiar with its features. I soon used this to access news and information and to browse the internet. Navigating through different apps has been easier at this stage.
  • 2016 (Facebook and Messenger)

    This year, I started to utilize and create an account on Facebook and Messenger. This has been my most used social networking platform. I use this to communicate with my classmates, to get information online, and for entertainment.
  • 2017 (Laptop, Instagram, and Twitter)

    -I started to explore and discover other social networking sites and social media. I created accounts on these platforms to communicate, browse, and interact with my peers and friends. These platforms indeed made the way of communication convenient.
    -I also started using laptops for accomplishing different tasks. This also introduced me to a wider variety of applications and features that I soon became familiar with.

    -This is the year when I started using software such as Microsoft word and PowerPoint to accomplish tasks. These are helpful because I am able to present data and illustrations either in soft or hard copies.

    -I discovered the use of email to transfer messages conveniently and in a formal form. E-mail allows people to exchange e-mail messages very quickly.
  • 2020 (Google classroom and Google meet)

    As the online classes started, I learned how to utilize these google platforms to communicate with my classmates and teachers easily. Tasks are posted and uploaded in google classroom when accomplished while google meet is used to conduct online classes and discuss new lessons.

    -I discovered Pinterest, a popular social network as a means of getting information in the form of images. These images are helpful for me, especially for my academic works.
  • 2022-2023 (Canva, Capcut, and TikTok)

    2022-2023 (Canva, Capcut, and TikTok)
    -I fully utilized these applications and found them to be quite beneficial for my studies. I use TikTok for surfing and entertainment, Capcut for video editing, and Canva to lay out my works and make presentations creatively.
