    • Defenition - an additon to the Manroe Doctrine in which the unittes states would collect the debt from Europe , acting as an " internatonal police power. -People Involved- Roosevelt and Europe
    • Impact of Event - banned European countries from using forcr to collect debt in Latin America ( used for U.S. intervition in Central America)

    - impact: used to aid the stability of Caribbean countries such as in Honduras and Haiti. By using Dollar Diplomacy Taft attempted to extend the American sphere of influence in China and also to Liberia in West Africa.
