    I plan to be very active and in great shape, along with a balanced nutritious diet. In terms of healthcare, I wll have a regular doctor and continue regular check ups and get informed on my family history

    t's important to be in good shape because it gets harder to loose weight. Exercise regularly will decrease our risk for heart disease, certain types of cancer and osteoporosis. Its important to monitor BMI and take care of our skin.
  • 40's

    Some health concerns include chronic pain, stress, high blood pressure and cholesterol. Its also important to keep our skin healthy and consider change in vision. Its important to stay active and keep a healthy diet to help our body through all the changes. Its crucial to start screenings for high blood pressure,eye exam, diabetes, immunizations and dental exams.

    You are at risk for many chronic problems, that's why its really important to eat healthy. stay active in order to maintain a healthy weight. In terms of health its important to continue having regular doctor visits along with eye care and dental care. Its also important ti keep in mind during this time there might be some loss of hearing and of hair.

    During our 60's we will most likely be retiring and staying home more. It is still recommenced to stay active and eat healthy as overweight and obesity have a big impact on our health. Keep up with our health provider in terms of vaccines and the monitoring of blood pleasure.
