    20s
    Stay healthy physically, mentally, and emotionally. Eat a healthy diet and make good life decisions. Exercise regularly with enough sleep and not smoking and limited to 2 drinks for men and 1 for women. Practice good hygiene and protecting skin and eyes. Have medical check-ups, gynecological or testicular exam at least every 2 years. Get immunizations, eye exams, and check BMI (healthy BMI is below 25.) Lastly, check mental, emotional, and sexual health.

    30s
    Maintain a healthy weight and diet and reduce our risk for chronic health problems. Exercise for 30-60 minutes with 6-8 hours of sleep. No smoking, must wear sunscreen, no more than 2 drinks per day, no illegal drugs, and have diagnostic tests and screenings.Take care of mental, emotional, and sexual health. Have screenings for cholesterol, skin cancer, get hearing test and immunizations.

    40s
    Prevent health problems with healthy habits and getting enough sleep. Health concerns are stress, chronic pain, BMI, osteoporosis, anxiety and depression. Other concerns are skin problems, change in vision an d hearing, digestive problems, and sexual and reproductive health. Every 2 years have a check-up, eye exam, blood pressure screening, diabetes screening, cancer screening, and get immunizations.

    50s
    Stay active, eat healthy, and maintain a healthy weight in your 50s. Get enough sleep, reduce stress, no smoking, and no more than 2 drinks per day. Every 2 years get diabetes, skin, blood pressure, physical, and testicular or breast exams/screenings.
  • 60s

    60s
    Learn about health problems at your age and learn the warning signs. No smoking to make sure your heart is healthy, maintain a healthy weight, exercise for at least 30 minutes and eat healthy. Practice safer sex and get STD testing. Get immunizations and many screenings and exams that have been already stated in the previous ages.
