    12 out of 13 of the colonies had representatives Georgia did not.They had an election to send a statement of grievances.The election was to boycott all British trade. Patrick Henry advised colonies to unite against Britain. At the met they called to repeal the 13 acts of parliament.

This was a victory for the British because the Americans ran out of ammo but the British learned it wont be easy to defeat America.
