    Professional Development Goal Setting Meetings

    All teachers will meet with administration to establish professional goals that address the CWT process (ie. number of walks the teacher plans to participate in during the year).

    Grade levels will meet to brainstorm around the following questions:
    "How do teachers aid in the development of effective not taking skills?"
    "What other topics do grade level teachers desire to discuss with colleagues?"

    All faculty will bring ideas, lessons, and/or student work samples relative to effective note taking strategies (CWT).

    Conduct CWT's

    All faculty participate in the classroom walkthrough process with colleagues. Members collect data for small and large faculty debrief sessions. School leaders may create an online environment for sharing observations.

    All faculty by grade level and department will participate in debriefing of walks and planning of next steps.

    All faculty will participate in a final semester debriefing of the walks as well as follow up on next steps taken by grade levels, departments, and/or individual teachers.
