There were 4 million slaves in the US. It was still increasing. -

If rich enough, a planter could hire a sub. If a planter had more than 20 slaves, he was exempt. -

Wooden ship are outdated. The 1st ironclad battle in history. -

McClellan was fired. There wasn't a clear winner. -
Union Draft
The Army had mostly volunteers. 300$ fee to get out of draft. -

A horrilbe 3 day battle. There was an attack on Union center. -
13th ammendment
This ammendment freed the slave. All slave now had what they wished for. -
Lee
Robert E. Lee surrendered. By doing that, he had then stopped the civil war. -
Honest Abe
Abraham Lincoln was shot at Ford theatre in DC. He was killed by John Wilkes Booth.
