John Brown and 18 other men had planned to see’s town of Harpers Ferry and steal guns and ammo and arms slaves to create a slave rebellion. He would grow the rebellion by working his way along The Appalachian Mountains and freeing other slaves.But it didn’t last long. What It did do was create more tension about the topic of slavery.
