    Discovery

    Earliest known Chinese poems are composed. Most likely during the "golden age" dynasty.

    Li Po

    Birth of Li Po, a Chinese poet. He was known for being romantic in his writings.

    Wang Wei

    Birth of Wang Wei, painter and poet. Apart of the Tang dynasty era, he is one the most famous men of the arts in his time.

    Confucius

    Confucius teaches about ethical values such as honesty, loyalty, and respect for elders. His disciples later recorded his teachings in Analects
