    Rebels try to assassinate Lincoln.

  • Taking Office

    Abraham Lincoln takes office in 1861

  • Lincoln's Son Dies

    Lincoln's son, Willie, dies.

  • Kidnap Attempt

    Booth and his band of people attempt to kidnap Lincoln in hopes that the Confederacy would have more of a chance of winning the war. It was a fail because Lincoln was in a different place.

  • March 17, 1865.

    Booth and his band plan to ambush Lincoln.

  • April 9th, 1865 Surrender

    General E. Lee surrenders in the war.

  • April 11th, 1865

    Lincoln says his speech for black people to be able to be citizens.

  • April 14, 1865. Triple Murder

    President Lincoln and Secretary of State Seward are assassinated on the same night.
