Battle of Lexington & Concord
The Battle of Lexington & Concord was the first battle the started the seven year war. Even though it was a rough lose on Lexington they didn't let the Britsh win Concord. Historians also call the battle the "Shot heard around the world".

Battle at Bunker Hill
Even though the British won the Battle the colonist didn't lose as many people as the British did, about 200 colonist died and over 3,000 British. Since the Americans were low on ammo Prescott told his troops to fire till they see the whites of their eyes. Once the second war broke out the British new it was gunna be a long and costly battle.

Battle of Long Island
Washington and 18,999 men marched to Manhattan while the British came with 320 ships and 32,000 men less than doube of the Americans. To won the battle on NY the British paided Hessians or german soilders to fight for them and British would come from behind. This battle was a major loss for the Americans since that was there main point on supplies.

Battle of Princeton
This battle was fought a New Jersey were 7,000 americans fought 8,000 British soilder and hessians. Winning this battle wound make a great impact in the Revolutionary War in which they did.

Valley Forge
At Valley forge Washingtons army cammped out there for the winter a very bad idea since the bitter winter gave them horror. At Valley forge almost a third of the soldiers died of disease called Dysentary and Small Pox. Battle of Saratoga
This battle was one of the major wins for the Americans since General Howe surrendered and gave Washington his sword a symbol of surrender but Washington told him it wasn't your fault.
While Howe army where carying way to many riches and slowed the pace of marching Wahsington was one the persuite to attack Howe army and win.

Battle of Yorktown
This was the last and final big battle of the Revoulutionary War.
At this battle the British trapped them selves in a "corner" and were waiting for support but land or sea but didn't come. Now that the Britsh know their going to lose the french desided to wage in, in this battle and help out woth the war.
