In 1641 Massechusits Bay Colony legalizes slavery. Then a little bit after that other states start to do the same.

Dread Scott was a slave, then when his owner died they moved to a free state. He thought he was going to be free but that change. After that he took it to the supreme court and they said nybody with African American blood is not free.
