Komagata Maru
376 Sikhs were denied access to Canada because of the Continous Journey Regulation. The ship was docked outside of Vancover for 2 months, the ship was escorted out of Canadian territory and they returned to India. They tried to arrest 20 men, and a riot ensued and 19 Sihks were shot and killed
