    John Presper Eckert & John W. Mauchly created the first commercial computer, known as the UNIVAC Computer. It cost approximately one million dollars to build.

    Jack kilby and Robert Noyce created the first Integrated Cicuit otherwise known as 'The Chip'. Even though it had a lot of problems with it, it was still groundbreaking in the advancement of technology and what it can do. Jack worked at Texas Instuments when he invented the chip, then afterwards he then lead that team to create the invention of the first hand-held calculator. Jack Kilby won the Nobel Prize in Physics in the year 2000.
