    The Battle of Bunker Hill is more accuartely known as Battle of Breed's Hill. The British commander was Thomas Gage, and the general on the Contienental side was Artemas ward. The British where the Victors of this battle.
    -This battle is considered the first major battle of the revolutionary war.
    -Although the British won the battle they had over 1150 men either wounded or killed.
    -The hill the battle was fought on is known as Breed's hill.
    -This battle proved to the Americans they could win.
