    Healthy eating: nutritious foods, with lots of protein, calcium, potassium, healthy omega-3 fats, and folic acid. Physical activity: weight-bearing exercises to include hiking, running, and strength training. Preventive health care: protecting skin and eyes from the sun, brushing teeth and showering daily. Wear my seat belt, and avoid drugs and alcohol. Routine health care: physical exam every few years and dental checkup. Special topics of concern: learn about genetic risks in my family.

    Healthy eating: whole foods, with lots of essential vitamins, minerals and other nutrients, such as iron, folic acid, calcium, potassium, B vitamins, vitamin D, fiber and healthy omega-3 fats. Physical activity: I will get 30-60 minutes of jogging and strength training daily; monitor BMI. Preventive health care: maintain a healthy weight and reduce stress. Routine health care: annual physical exam and dental checkup. Special topics of concern: balance mental/emotional health.

    levels, and resting heart rate. Routine health care: annual physical and dental exams. Special topics of concern: maintaining my safety by not taking risks.

Special topics of concern: maintaining my physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being is of utmost importance.
