When she went downstairs to attempt to calm herself down with a glass of water from the kitchen she grabbed the soon to be murder weapon and went back upstairs.That same night she severed her husband's penis with a kitchen knife. -

In a panic she drove away with knife and dong in hand, unaware with what exactly was in her hand she tossed the penis out the window into a nearby field by 7-eleven. -

John Bobbitt, initially unaware of the damage that had been done, only noticed his favorite body part was no longer attached when he looked down and saw the blood. He attempted to put on pants and rushed to the hospital. -

Investigators look for the penis and John gets it re-attached. -
The Aftermath
John Bobbitt was convicted of rape and Lorena was found not guilty due to insanity and spent 45 days in a mental hospital -
Where are they at today?
They appearedtogether on talk shows and John admitted his constant love for her, yet Lorena denied them getting back together. In between the crime and the two seeing each other, John had committed multiple crimes ncluding theft and sexual assualt.
