This is the map of world war 1 when it started. Australia would've used this map to take control of the areas of that map -
Navy
They used the navy to destroy other ships around the area so they can land there troops there so they can take the land as well as sea. If you were in the navy back then you would've played a big part in the war but it still doesn't if you were at sea you would've been safe because most ships were sunked and the people would've drowned or froze or would've died from the enemie -
trenhes
Trenches is what people used for war so they can protect themselves from enemies and to shhoo them without getting injured. Sometimes if it's pouring down with rain in the trenches it would be just like a flood basically and it was pretty bad because you would've had to sleep in the trenches with your shoes soack with water -
Tanks
They used tanks in world war 1 because they can take areas and it would be a lot easier to fight rather then trying to shoot someone. Tanks were designed so they can take out a lot of people in one single shot it was one of the most deadliest weapon they have ever used in world war 1, infact it was so dangerous that it killed about 500000 people at least it was a dangerous weapon to use back then -
World war 1 ended
When world war 1 finished people were so happy that they didn't have to see more people dying but australia was pretty upset bout the outcome of the war because over 2 million people died in world war 1 which is pretty bad for Australia but at least they died with dignity.
