    40's:eat healthy but still watch BMI, exercise can help reduce anxiety, strength training to keep up bone density
    50's:cut back on sodium, add vitamins and minerals, do weight bearing exercises to prevent osteoporosis
    60's:prevent heart disease by knowing your blood pressure and cholesterol, 30 min of exercise a most days, limit processed foods/sugar
