    This battle was the first of the Revolutionary War. It was fought in April 19,1776. This battle was fought within the towns of Lexington, Concord, Lincoln, Arlington, Cambridge, and near Boston. This battle started the outbreak of armed conflict between Great Britian and the thirteen colonies.
  • Second Continental Congress

    Second Continental Congress
    The Second Contintental Congress was a convention of deglates from each of the thirteen colonies. The Contintental Congress was founded in May of 1775. the meetings were held between Septemebr 5,1774 through October 26, 1774. The job of the congress was to manage the coonail war effort.

    Bunker Hill is a hill located in Charlestown, Massachusetts. The battle took place during the siege of Boston. Battle actually took place on Breed's Hill but was naemd Bunker Hill,because it was named after the adjacent hill. Often reffered to as 'The Battle of Breed's hill'.

    The Declaration of Independence was created July 1st through July 4, 1776, But it was ratifed on the 4th. Thomas Jefferson and Timothy Matlack wrote it. Fifty-six deglates from the Conintental Congress signed the doctument. The offivcal document is displayed in the National Archives Buliding in Washington, D.C.

    The Battle of Trenton took place in the moring of December 26,1776. The Battle was located in Treton, New Jersey. Twenty-two were killed on the Romian side. Two people were killed during the march two the battle field on the Amerian side. George Washington and Nathanael Greene were the leaders the march withe the Americans.

    The Battle of Saratoga took place during Septemeber 19 trough October 7, 1777. It was the American against the British,the Roman Empire, and Germany. the Fought for Eigtheen days. The Battle was located nine miles south of Saratoga, New York. It is regared as the turining point in the war.

    Winter at Valley Forge
    The American Contintental Army used this valley as a campsite during the winter of 1777-1778. The valley is located about 20 miles northwest of Philadelpha. The exposure, starvation and disease killed 2,500 American Soliders by Feburary 1778.

    This battle only lasted for 4 hours before John Paul Jones finally captures the HMS Serapis. the battle was won for the Contential Navy. The ship was named after a Greek God Serapis in Greek and Egyptian mythologhy.

    This was a battle between the Loyalists and the patriots. This battle was located 9 miles south of the present day King's Moutian, North Carolina and in York Coutny, South Carolina. The battle ende with a win for the Patroits.

    This battle was France and the United states againt Britain, Germany and the Roman Empire. The actual Battle was Septmeber 28 through October 19 1781, but the actual surrender was on the last day. The result of the battle came the Declartion of Indpendence, Treay of Paris and America was regocinzed by British government (American Indepence)
  • Treaty of Paris Ratified

    Treaty of Paris Ratified
    This treay ended the American Revoultion between America and the Britsih. The negotations began in April of 1782. On Spetmeber 3 1783 the treay was finally signed by the British, who aslo signed spereate agreements with France and Spain.

    It is a letter by the first President of the United States George Washington " To the People of the United States". Washington wrote this letter near the end of his secong term in office. This letter was about declining to the United States that he did not want to be in office again.
