Constitutional Convention
Delegates from Virginia, South Carolina, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, New York, New Jersey, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Maryland, Georgia, Delaware, Connecticut came to sign the constitution. Some of these delegates included Benjamin Franklin, George Washington, and James Madison.
