  • Battle of Lexington and Concord

    The significance of this battle was that it was the first battle in the american revolution.
    Sam Adams and John Hancock.
    William Dawes and Samuel Prescott warned everybody that the british were coming to the countryside.
    Roughly about 7,200 colonist were killed in the skirmish.
    British troops were sent to confiscate colonial weapons.
  • Battle of Bunker Hill

    The battle took place on June 17 , 1775.
    The general was Thomas Gage.
    There was three charges before the colonist were led to fled and retreat.
    The british took over breed's hill and then they captured bunker hill.
