  • Battle of Lexington & Concord

    First Battle of the American Revolution. British were searching for guns and amunition in Concord. Eight colonist were killed during these battles.
  • Battle of Ticonderoga

    The battle of Ticonderoga was a surprise attack on the British. Lead by Ethan Allen and Benedict Arnold The Green Mountain Boys defeated the British for the first time in the American Revolution.
  • Battle of Buncker Hill

    Although the British won this battle this battle gave the colonists a confidence boost and their was many casualties for the British. The British charged at the colinists three times before the colonists surendered.
  • Battle of Long Island

    At the Battle of long Island George Washiton was leading the Continental Army.During this battle the British were trying to gain control of New York. The British won this battle.
  • Battle of Trenton

    At the battle of Trenton the British were took compleatly by surprise and so only two Americans died and they killed the British commander and captured nine-hundred of their soliders.
  • Battle of Saratoga

    The battle at Saratoga was concitered to be the turning point in the war. After the Americans won this battle they proved themselves to the French. From this point forward the French helped the Americans win the war.
  • Battle of Monmouth

    At the battle of Monmouth the Americans caught the British while they were marching from Philadelphia to New York. At this battle the Americans overpowered the British by 1,000 men with the Americans at 11,000 and the British at 10,000 men.
  • Battle at Cowpens

    The battle at Cowspen is an american victory.During this battle 800 soliders were killed or wonded. For the Americans there were only 100 soldiers wounded or killed.
  • Battle of Yorktown

    The battle of Yorktown is figured to be the end of the American Revolution. During this battle their was 17,000 American and French soliders and only 9,000 British troops. It is also thought to be the most important battle of the American Revolution.
