    The Battles of Lexington and Concord took place on April 19th,1775. The battles were the 1st military engagements of the American Revolution. The Battles of Lexington and Concord were won by the American militias. At the battles of Lexington and Concord the colonists suffered from 93 casualties and the British suffered from 300 casualties. British were going to concord because they got word that there was a stock pile of weapons there.
