    The Battle of Lexington and Concord
    This battle was the result of the British trying to steal the colonist stash of armed weapons. The colonist had hidden and destroyed majority of the supplies before the British arrived. The British fought a group of patriots. Then they were later on attacked by the minutemen. The first shot is described as "the shot heard from all around the world."
  • The Siege of Fort Ticondera

    The Siege of Fort Ticondera
    This battle was over a fort that controlled the water ways to Canada. The rebels decided to sneak attack and take it from British rule. These rebels were indee successful in their attempt that led to an American victory.

    This Battle was started when the colonists wanted to destroy the British campaign. The british lost hay and live stock. The colonist also made the first naval capture of a British boat during the war

    This war was the uprise of the colonist rage toward British forces trying to take over the Charleston Peninsula. The British charged toward the colonists. The colonists won. This was one of the greatest victories in terms of independance for th colonists.

    This Battle was led by General George Washington. He led his troops to sneak attack the British army. The colonial side defeated the British by far in this battle.

    After George washinton's despair due to his prvious loses, he still led the American troops to form a six mile line. They mad an attack on the British. George Washinton had gotten many reports on how Birtish troops were moving in. He had trouble decifering whether the reports were real or a hoax. By the time he decided to take action it was too late.Battle broke out. The American face a defeat to British troops.

    This battle required skill and strategy. It was not an American success as far as battles were concerned. Tarleton decided to find Morgan and the troops. He was successful in that. Morgan and troops fought back only to be defeated.

    The Americans snuck up on the British while they were eating breakfast. This was a long fought battle. Some accounts stated ankle deep blood puddles on the battlefield. Interesting enough the battle's victor was undetermined.Many historians have guessed, but no one really knows.

    The Americans were led on a march by George Washington to virginia. The americans attacked the British and the British fought back. There was alot of amunition used during this battle. The americans however reached a victory.
