    Why: I chose it because its an important part of history.
    How:A group of men got together and created a document that expressed the ideals of colonists desire to have their own government built on democratic ideals.

    Why:I chose this because its an important event and if we wouldn't have kept this then our country may not have worked out.
    How:We needed rules and this was the first set of rules which wasn't specific enough so we couldn't keep the articles of Confederation.

    Why:I chose this event because if we wouldn't have signed it the revolutionary war wouldn't have ended
    How:It ended the French and Indian war and war between Britain and France.In terms of the treaty France gave territories in the main land North America ending any military threat to the British colonies

    Why:I chose this because the inauguration of the first president showed the start of a new government.
    How:On April 30 George Washington was inaugurated as the first president of the united states.He used the bible to take oath of office.

    How:George Mason got mad because the human rights were not in the constitution so he spent months trying to pass ammendments

    How:The whiskey rebellion was triggered by a tax imposed on liquor and the tax was established as a way for the government to pay back debt they accumulated during the revolutionary war.

    How:When Lewis and Clark discovered Louisiana we ended up purchasing it as part of the United States

    Why:I chose this because this is an important part of history and if this didn't happen we might have slaves today.
    How:A strong movement emerged in the 18 century to put a stop to buying and selling humans and the campaign to abolish slave trade worked.

    How:The immediate causes of the war were sanctions taken by the British and french against the U.S.

    How:It was signed into law by president Andrew Jackson and authorizing him to grant unsettled lands west of Mississippi in exchange for Indian lands and some tribes went peacefully but many resisted it
