    The Battle at Bunker Hill was one of the first battles in the Revolutionary War. The British army ended up defeating the Americans, but Britian ended up losing a lot of troops in the battle. This was a huge confidence booster for the Patriots. This covinced the Patriots that they can beat the mighty British army.

    George Washington, and his army of 17,000 troops attacked Yorktown. British General Lord Charles Cornwallis had 9,000 troops that tried to defend Yorktown. This battle would be the most important battle of the War. Britian ended up surrendering to the Patriots, therfore ending the war.
