George Washington Was born on February 22 1732. He is most know for being the first president of the United States. He was also a great military leader in the Revolution and in the French and Indian War.

The war prior to the revolution. The start of all acts running up to the Revolution. Caused the debt that made all taxes rise, giving the colonist a reason to revolt.

Alexander Hamilton was a founding father and like a brother to George Washington. Hamilton established the current economy including the currency. He wrote hundreds of essays to the president and the court telling them his ideas on what they should do with the government. Most of his essays were used and influential to the current USA. Hamilton was killed by his former friend, Aaron Burr, in a gun fight.

The sugar act was a tax that lowered the price of taxes on molasses and sugar. This act also banned the importing of both of these product. Even though it lowered the taxes, it also enforced them more and people strongly disagreed with it.

The Townshend Act allowed the British soldiers to quarter in any colonists house. It also taxed a whole ton of other things such as lead, glass, paint, etc.
