Seatha requests aid from Adothel
Kodak reaches the decision that the war cannot be won without assistance from Adothelian armies. He requests that the King of Adothel visit Seatha to form an alliance. -
King of Adothel arrives in Seatha
King arrives with several members of his court to hold discussions of alliance with Kodak. The discussions begin in a promising way, but over the course of a few days deteriorate as their personalities clash and both are unwilling to compromise. -
Adothel denies Seatha aid
The King of Adothel refuses to send only the elf portion of his army to Seatha to help in the war, thus ending any ideas of alliance. He leaves the next morning. -
Sri leaves Seatha
After sleeping with Naldan the night before, Sri leaves with him for fear of Kodak's reaction to her betrayal. She accompanies him to Adothel. -
Sri arrives in Adothel
Sri is treated as consort to the king (who is wifeless) and spends her time as a healer in their infirmary. -
Sri sends Keira a letter
A week into the trip, Sri decides to trust Keira with the truth of her absence and sends her a letter explaining her situation, but fails to mention that she is pregnant. -
Sri leaves Adothel
Sri and Keira have been corresponding regularly through letters. Sri receives a letter from Keira that convinces her to leave Adothel and return to Seatha to heal on the warfront. She disguises herself and tones down her magic so people think she is just an exceptionally skilled Autumn mage. -
Sri is captured
In a fit of arrogant confidence, Sri goes to try to take out a prison camp with only a few guards. She and all of the others get captured, except one, who runs all the way back to Seatha the city, where he tells Kodak about Sri's presence in Seatha, her pregnancy, and her capture. -
Kodak learns about Sri's imprisonment
The one guard who managed to escape the humans arrives in Seatha and tells Kodak. Kodak prepares to leave immediately with a group of trusted guards and the finest horses, and heads to the warfront. -
Kodak rescues Sri
Kodak and soldiers liberate the prison camp Sri was in. He finds her unconscious and rides her to the healer's camp, where her contractions started and she went into labor. -
Elianne born
Elianne is born in the very early morning after being brought to the healer's camp late the night before. Sri is unconscious and in very poor condition. The baby is very premature and has to be kept alive by magic. -
Sri wakes up
Kodak stays by Sri's side until she awakens. -
Kodak and Sri reconcile
Kodak and Sri name their daughter Elianne and reconcile after their long separation. -
Kodak affirms that Sri has left Seatha
Kodak has searched all over the cliff for Sri and cannot find her. He concludes she has gone to the warfront to help heal and decides to go after her. Before he can leave, Keira explains to him that Sri actually went off with the king of Adothel. Kodak does not try to get her back.
