People were mad about having to pay taxes for tea. They dressed up like Indians and marched down to 3 ships that were sitting in the harbor and dumped the tea that was on them into the water.

A British general hear that there was illegal wepons in Concord. The British general set of to Concord and 2 men named Paul Revere and William Dawes saw then and went to warn the people who had the wepons. As the Bitish entered Lexington 70 minutemen blocked thier path. A shot was fired and the minutemen ran away and the British contined to Concord when they got there they had to turn around and go home because there was nothing there.
