Gregor Mendel was an Austrian scientist who gained Pothumous fame as the founder of the new science og genetics. He was the founder of the genetics. Gregor Mendel used the pea plant to help out his discovery. They nick named him "the father of genetics." When he was testing on the pea plants, he used 29,000of them. it was not untill the early 20th century that the importance of his ideas were realized. -
Rudolf Diesel, Diesel Engine
Rudolf Diesel was a German Inventor and also a mechanical engineer. he was famous for the creation of the Diesel Engine. The Diesel engine was created in 1893. A Diesel Engine is a piece of machinery that uses a heat compression to ignite the ignition to burn fuel, (which of course starts a vehicle). For his oustanding creation he won the Elliot Cression medal. The diesel engine was greatly appriciated by everyone, it was more effictive and faster than the steam engine. -
Genius Einstein explains Theory of Relativity
Einstein discovered the therory of relativity by figureing out that the speed of light doesn't change no matter what speed your going. His therory of relativity lead to the development of the atomic bomb, which helped the US out in war.
