They also agree to hold the Nuremburg Trials in order to punish Nazi war criminals.

It stated that the USSR was looking to fight a war against capitalism. He proposed a new American policy that would restore the balance of power and stop Soviet aggression. It was called the policy of containment and the objective was to CONTAIN communism within its existing borders and protect capitalism.
