2000's Decade of Technology

  • USB Drives

    USB Drives
Ah, the USB is the bigger better brother of a floppy disk, what I have researched was that Dov Moran, and Pua Khein-Seng, were the inventors of the USB and the company that backed them up was M-Systems. This was an important invention because it stores important files and data backups, also it is more portable than a Floppy Disk, and in today's world really cheap to own. I am just scratching the surface of USB drives they can do a lot of important things in today's day and age.
  • Apple iPod

    Apple iPod
The inventors of the iPod were Steve Jobs and Tony Fadell. This was the most mind-blowing technology that we have ever seen, because it is a pocket-sized portable music-playing device, before the invention of the iPod we had a walkman that can only play one cassette tape while the iPod has 160 GB which is over 40,000 songs.
  • Apple's First iPhone

    Apple's First iPhone
In January 2007 Apple announced a brand-new computer that can be so small it can fit in your pocket. The first iPhone was then released on June 29, 2007. But a few days earlier Apple announced that the iPhone will support third-party apps like our favorite on the iPhone Safari, lets's just say this is where our modern phones started.
  • Amazon Kindle

    Amazon Kindle
I couldn't find who invented the Amazon Kindle just that amazon and Hon Hai Precision Industry made it. The first Kindle had nice features like wireless access to Amazon, along with an SD card slot that allows increasing storage to the device. But the device was so popular that it had a long delay to release.
  • Macbook Air

    Macbook Air
I couldn't find the sole creator of the MacBook Air but Apple was the one to introduce and realize it. The creation of this light, thin laptop with a high-capacity battery, was crazy since it incorporated many of the technologies that had been associated with Apple's MacBook, which are the integrated camera and Wi-Fi capabilities. It was also the first ever to have a solid-state disk, to reduce the size of the laptop.
