Dov Moran from M-Systems was the person who invented the USB Flashdrive. A patent started in April of 1999 but the USB Flashdrive did not officially come out until 2000. The USB Flashdrive allowed for super easy storage and transfer of information from one computer to another.

On April 24, 2003, Kodak released the first-ever digital camera to come with an OLED display which paved the path for cameras to be where they are today. This introduced the technology of digital cameras having screens to be able to see what you were taking a photo of.

Apple released the first MacBook which helped to push the idea of a portable and compact computer to be more reasonable. Laptops did exist but they did not have nearly as large of a display or capabilities as the MacBook did.

In 2008 Apple came out with its app store which allowed for so many opportunities for app and game developers to have a more accessible platform. It also paved the path for where smartphones are today.

The first-ever iPad came out in 2010 which was again a huge game-changer for the technology industry. By now Apple had already shocked the world with their innovations but then shocked them again with the iPad.
