    In 1944, the RISC Pc is released. The RISC pc is a replacement for the Archimedes computer. The RISC pc was used to broadcast television and music production

    The iMac is launched. Selling for $1,300, it was noticed for ease of use. It could only hold less than 20 words and a few pictures.
  • 1999

    IBM releases a microdrive. At their time, they were the smallest hard drives. Microdrives were small spinning disks that were more prone to physical damage.
