  • Territory was given between New England and Virginia by King Charles II

  • New Haven and Connecticut combined

  • King granted 45,000 SQ. miles of land west of Delaware river to William Penn

  • The Southern colonies were split

  • The Georgia colony was established by the English man called James Oglethorpe
