First War if Unification-AKA The Danish War
Prussia and Austria declares was on Denmark because they didnt like the Danes new constitution. But they didnt do anything to big. After three months Denmark surrendered. -
Second War of Unification-AKA The Seven Weeks War
Bismarck formed an allience with austria, then later Bismarck provoked an an attack which led to war. The Prussians defeted the once powerful army in seven weeks. The Treaty of Prague Ended the Seven Weeks War in 1966 -
Third War of Unification-AKA The Franco-Prussian War
Bismarck stired the international pot by editing a telagram from King William insulting the French ambassidor. The French then declared war on Prussia. The Prussian army won shortly after. -
Formation of the German Empire
On January 18,1871 reprisentitives of the allied German states met in the Hall of Mirrors at the palace of Versailles. There they diclared the formation of the german empire. All German states minus Austria were declared. All 25 states were in charge of what went on in side them.(taxes, education, law inforcement, ect.) -
