Over the 30 year time span, Su received at least four complaints of negligence. The first complaint was filed in Rhode Island in 1982. Three complaints were filed in California. All information is available in court documents filed with a petition for Wu-Hsiung Su's interim suspension.

Keenan said Su was grossly negligent of Mr. Miller's treatment: Su failed to conduct a proper physica, failed to address and treat the presenting medical issue, failed to conduct the necessary medical tests and examinations.

Keenan said Su "failed to conduct a proper history and physical" of Frizzell. Keenan said Su "failed to order and conduct necessary medical tests and examinations to adequately treat Frizzell.

The State of California suspended Wu-Hsiung Su's California Medical License. Dr. Craig Keenan said Su "demonstrates a profound lack of knowledge, medical judgement and a disregrad for the safety and well-being of his patients." Keenan also said if Su continues to practice medicine, he "represents a threat to the public health, safety and welfare."
