    after w. penn died land disputes grew. penns secratery james logan tried to settle things. eventuly penns brothers becabe so fed up they grew violient they told the tribe to sell them there land and get out. so the natives found a deed singed by w. penn years before saying if a purchaced is needed only the amount a man can walk in a day and a half so james logan took 3 storng men cleared there path so that it woun't slow them down and got them to run insted of walk in 3 diffrent directions.
